本研究旨在调查分析2014-2017年BNP和NT‐proBNP的内部质量控制(IQC)现状，从而对中国临床实验室的测量质量绩效有一个整体的了解。

本研究旨在调查分析2014-2017年BNP和NT‐proBNP的内部质量控制(IQC)现状，从而对中国临床实验室的测量质量绩效有一个整体的了解。

研究团队通过EQA报告系统收集参与实验室BNP和NT‐proBNP的4年IQC信息。然后计算满足不同质量要求(合格率)的实验室中电流变异系数(CVs)的百分比。对目前不同年份的CVs和通过率以及测量系统进行了进一步的分析。最后，我们分析总结了IQC的实践及其4年的变化。

从2014年到2017年，BNP和NT‐proBNP目前的CVs显著下降，通过率均呈现显著上升趋势。无论使用1/3茶或1/4茶的规格，NT‐proBNP的通过率都高于BNP。两种分析物的主要测量系统不同。NT‐proBNP方面，罗氏公司目前的CVs在4年内显著下降，2015年显著低于Radiometer和BioMerieux。目前雅培CVs中BNP也呈下降趋势。对IQC实践的分析表明，4年来，IQC的控制规则和频率都有了很大的进步。

BNP和NT‐proBNP测量的不精确性能在4年内随着当前CVs的减少和通过率的增加而改善。然而，它仍然需要不断的改进。我国临床实验室应采取积极措施，提高BNP和NT‐proBNP的检测水平。
