皮肤的Fitzpatrick分型是将皮肤颜色根据对日光照射后的灼伤或晒黑的反应特点,分为I-VI型:I型:总是灼伤,从不晒黑;II型:总是灼伤,有时晒黑;III型:有时灼伤,有时晒黑;IV型:很少灼伤,经常晒黑;V型:从不灼伤,经常晒黑;VI型:从不灼伤,总是晒黑。

背景:可见光(VL)可引起的多种皮肤问题。世界各地的监管机构推荐的防晒霜检测方案要求检测了在紫外线(UV)域内使用太阳模拟器得到的光谱输出。然而,阳光除了含有VL,还含有红外辐射。

方法:研究招募了十例Fitzpatrick分型为IV-VI的受试者。研究人员使用两种VL光源照射受试者的背部:一种仅包括VL,另一种除了VL还含有小于0.5%的UVA1(VL + UVA1)。四种不同的辐照度进行探讨相互作用。受试者接受照射24小时、7天和14天后,研究人员立即根据影像、IGA、比色法和光谱学进行评估。

结果:两种光源照射后都出现了色素沉着,然而,VL + UVA1光照后的色素强度明显强于纯VL组。在纯VL组观察到相互作用,而VL + UVA1组没有。光谱输出的变化对色素强度的影响大于辐照度。在VL + UVA1组观察到了临床红斑,而纯VL组没有。需要对VL诱导效果进行光致感度测定的方案。

结论:研究结果表明,VL和UVA1之间存在协同作用;研究结果还强调了需要对VL诱导效果进行光致感度测定的方案。
