Phytother Res:额外补充姜黄素可改善轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者的疾病活动性

姜黄素具有抗炎作用,近日,一项随机双盲临床试验评价了姜黄素对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)疾病活动的改善作用,研究结果已在线发表于Phytother Res。

姜黄素具有抗炎作用,近日,一项随机双盲临床试验评价了姜黄素对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)疾病活动的改善作用,研究结果已在线发表于Phytother Res。

研究纳入了70名轻中度UC患者,随机分配到姜黄素组(1500mg/天)或安慰剂组,为期8周。测定了疾病临床活动、生活质量、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)值和全血计数的血清水平。

 

结果显示,姜黄素组简单临床结肠炎活动指数评分变化明显高于安慰剂组(-5.9 ± 2.08 vs. -2.1 ± 2.6;P = .001)。干预组的炎症性肠病问卷-9和生活质量的评分明显高于对照组(P = .006)。此外,与对照组相比,姜黄素补充剂降低了血清hs-CRP浓度(-6.3±13.6 vs. 3.7±11.6 μg/ml;p = .01)和ESR水平(-1.6±2.7 vs. -0.09±2.4 mm/hr;p = .02)。两组TNF-α水平无明显变化。

综上所述,该研究结果表明,服用姜黄素补充剂,同时进行药物治疗,可改善轻中度UC患者的临床结果、生活质量、hs-CRP和ESR。
