中国科学家发现促造血功能植物分子

浙江大学公共卫生学院王福俤教授团队研究发现,黑豆表皮中存在的一种黄酮小分子物质“杨梅素”能够有效提高机体血清水平,促进机体发挥造血功能。相关论文于日前在线发表在国际营养学期刊《营养生物化学杂志》上。研究人员介绍,杨梅素能够显著抑制人体内的铁管家“铁调素”的活跃程度,令机体铁水平升高,从而帮助人体吸收更多的铁元素。摄入杨梅素有望成为防治缺铁性、炎症性贫血的治疗手段。杨梅素是一种天然的膳食黄酮小分子,

研究人员介绍,杨梅素能够显著抑制人体内的铁管家“铁调素”的活跃程度,令机体铁水平升高,从而帮助人体吸收更多的铁元素。摄入杨梅素有望成为防治缺铁性、炎症性贫血的治疗手段。

杨梅素是一种天然的膳食黄酮小分子,富含多个羟基。核桃、洋葱、杨梅、黑莓等天然食品都富含杨梅素。研究人员介绍,除补铁功能外,杨梅素还具有较佳的抗炎、降血糖等功能。

目前,王福俤教授团队正在针对黑豆及杨梅素的临床试验以及产业化积极开展相应研究工作。
