Neurology:叶酸补充可以减少中风的危险

他汀类药物使用率低的高血压患者,低剂量的叶酸补充对中风的预防效果最佳

研究人员近日基于相关最新临床试验结果,研究叶酸补充在无叶酸补充地区的卒中预防疗效。

研究采用相对危险度(RR)评价叶酸的影响,使用固定效应模型估计中风的风险。

结果如下:总的来说,补充叶酸可使中风风险降低11%(22项临床研究,n=82723;RR=0.89,95%,CI 0.84-0.96);相比于高叶酸补充区域(7项临床研究, n = 14,655; 北美, 1.05, 0.90-1.23),低叶酸补充区域(2项临床研究, n = 24020; 亚洲, 0.78, 0.67-0.90)的效果更显着;相比于进行叶酸补充患者(7项临床研究, n = 14655; 1.05, 0.90-1.23),没有叶酸补充的患者(11 项研究, n = 49957; 0.85; 0.77-0.94)效果更显着。对没有叶酸补充患者试验的进一步分层分析中,使用低剂量叶酸(≤0.8 mg: 0.78, 0.69-0.88)或低基线维生素B12水平(<384 pg/mL: 0.78, 0.68-0.89)的患者益处更大。在相应的对照组中,无明显中风仿制效果

研究表明叶酸补充可以减少中风的危险,特别无叶酸补充的区域。对于他汀类药物使用率低的高血压患者,低剂量的叶酸补充效果最为显着。
