下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉(IANB)的成功是治疗下颌不可逆牙髓炎的必要条件。这篇系统性的文献回顾的目的是为了评估非甾体抗炎药物(NSAIDs)作为IANB的术前口服药物对治疗不可逆牙髓炎的效果。研究通过3个数据库搜索鉴定2017年以前的临床随机试验(RCTs)。使用修正循证医学风险偏倚工具对所搜索到的RCTs进行评估。药物的最初有效结果为IANB麻醉的成功率。通过随机效果模型进行Meta分析评估(risk ratio [RR] with 95% confidence intervals [CIs])，通过漏斗图分析评估出版文章的倾向性。通过试验序贯分析评估随机误差，并通过推荐，评估，开发和评估方法的分级来鉴定证据质量。结果显示，研究共筛选共13项RCTs (N = 1034)。8篇研究偏向风险较低。对高质量的RCTs统计学分析显示，与安慰剂相比，任何NSAID都可以显著增加IANBs的麻醉成功率(RR = 1.92； 95% CI， 1.55-2.38)。亚组的分析显示，布洛芬、双氯芬酸和酮咯酸也具有相似的有效结果(RR = 1.83 [95% CI， 1.43-2.35]， RR = 2.
