由此可见，在房颤患者中，COPD与较高的症状负担、较差的生活质量以及较差的心血管和出血结局有关。

慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）与房颤的发生有关，并可能使房颤的治疗复杂化。近日，心脏病领域权威杂志Heart上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员旨在评估慢性阻塞性肺病患者与房颤患者症状、生活质量（QoL）、治疗和结局之间的关系。

研究人员比较了患有和未经诊断的COPD患者，这是一个前瞻性注册研究，该研究从教学和社区医院招募不是继发于可逆原因的AF门诊患者。

在9749例AF患者中，1605例（16％）患有COPD。相对于没有COPD的患者，COPD患者年龄更大，更有可能为目前/过去吸烟者（73％ vs. 43％）、心力衰竭（54％ vs. 29％）和冠状动脉疾病（49％ vs. 34％）患者。口服抗凝剂和β受体阻滞剂的使用相似，而地高辛的使用在COPD患者中更常见。COPD患者的症状负担普遍较高，且生活质量恶化（房颤患者生存质量中位数分数为76 vs. 83）。COPD患者心血管死亡率（调整后的HR为1.51（95％CI为1.24-1.84））、心血管住院率（调整后的HR为1.15（95%CI为1.05-1.26））以及全因死亡率的风险更高（调整后HR 为1.52（95％CI为1.32-1.74））。COPD患者发生严重出血事件的风险也较高（调整HR为1.25（95％CI为1.05-1.50））。COPD和房颤进展、缺血事件或新发心力衰竭似乎没有关系。

由此可见，在房颤患者中，COPD与较高的症状负担、较差的生活质量以及较差的心血管和出血结局有关。
