过敏性鼻炎( allergic rhinitis，AR) 和哮喘是一个全球性公共卫生问题，对患者的生活质量造成了严重损害，并且给整个社会带来了沉重的经济负担。近10 年来，随着“过敏性鼻炎及其对哮喘的影响”( Allergic Rhinitis and its Impact on Asthma，ARIA) 指南的应用，临床诊断和治疗水平得到了大幅提高。ARIA 专家组于2008 年对指南进行了第一次修订，进一步强调了AR 对哮喘的影响，在诊断流程和治疗策略等方面提出了一些新的意见。为了提供更符合循证医学的临床决策，ARIA 专家组对指南进行了第二次修订( 主要在治疗方面) ，并于2010 年9 月正式发表。
