迟发性性腺功能减退症是老年男性在无器质性疾病的情况下，以睾酮浓度低与临床症状相关为特征的临床实体。与代谢综合征、骨密度降低、心血管发病率和死亡风险增加有关。本文主要更新了2015版老年男性睾酮替代疗法EMAS声明。
