专家共识：连花清瘟颗粒成为儿童新型冠状病毒感染医学观察期推荐中成药

这一临床治疗方案也是近期国家呼吸系统疾病临床医学研究中心、国家儿童医学中心、中华医学会儿科学分会呼吸学组等组织编写的《儿童新型冠状病毒感染诊断、治疗及预防专家共识(第一版)》（以下简称《专家共识》）中推荐的内容。《专家共识》推荐连花清瘟颗粒用于儿童新型冠状病毒感染医学观察期乏力伴发热、咽痛、干咳的治疗。

最新发布的《专家共识》是参考国家卫生健康委员会发布的《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案（试行第五版）》和儿科相关病毒感染诊疗策略制定而成。国家卫健委《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案》第四版、第五版中，连花清瘟胶囊/颗粒均被列为医学观察期用药，用于乏力伴发热的患者。纳入医学观察的群体并不代表已经确定感染了冠状病毒，这里面可能有感染冠状病毒的病人，也混杂着一些流感、普通感冒的人群。

《专家共识》中提到，从目前收治的儿童病例情况来看，多数临床表现相对较轻，预后良好，多在1-2周内恢复，部分儿童病例或可进展为下呼吸道感染。

连花清瘟对于感冒、流感治疗的有效性得到了大量的基础与临床研究验证，列入了国家卫健委发布的《流行性感冒诊疗方案（2019年版）》，在《中成药临床应用指南·儿科疾病分册》中，也明确将连花清瘟列为治疗儿童流行性感冒热毒袭肺证的推荐用药。中医所说的热毒袭肺症是热毒蕴结体内、袭击于肺的表现，其实就是或轻或重的肺部炎症。

广州呼吸病国家重点实验室研究发现，连花清瘟可降低肺组织内炎性因子含量，减轻流感病毒引起的肺组织炎症反应；2019年1月，由王辰院士承担，卫生部北京医院、首都医科大学朝阳医院、首都医科大学宣武医院、广东省中医院等全国13家三甲医院参与的“连花清瘟颗粒治疗病毒性肺炎随机、双盲、安慰剂对照、多中心临床研究”揭盲。结果显示连花清瘟在改善病毒性肺炎患者发热、咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛、肌肉酸痛、呼吸困难等临床症状方面显示出良好疗效。因此，连花清瘟胶囊/颗粒不仅可以有效治疗流感，而且对流感并发肺部炎症也有良好效果。

天津市中医药大学第一附属医院原院长、著名中医儿科专家马融教授介绍，连花清瘟主要是由两个方子构成，一个是治疗外感病的麻杏石甘汤；一个是二百多年以来常用的治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的银翘散，这俩方子合在一起，效果非常好，可以退热，可以止咳。连花清瘟中的藿香可以芳香化湿，可以止吐、可以止泻，而且它有很好的退热作用；大黄，可以帮助孩子通腑，之后发热和咳嗽都会有明显好转；红景天，有很好的耐缺氧作用。

对于纳入医学观察的儿童，服用连花清瘟颗粒非常方便，根据儿童的年龄调整用量即可。
