JCEM:快滚起来锻炼!早餐前锻炼燃脂效果佳

英国一项基于小规模人群的研究称,早餐前锻炼身体不但可消耗更多脂肪,还能改善身体对胰岛素的反应,有助降低人们患糖尿病和心脏病的风险。

英国一项基于小规模人群的研究称,早餐前锻炼身体不但可消耗更多脂肪,还能改善身体对胰岛素的反应,有助降低人们患糖尿病和心脏病的风险。

英国巴斯大学和伯明翰大学学者合作开展了这项持续6周的研究,研究对象为30名肥胖或超重男性。研究人员将这些人分为3组,一组在早餐前锻炼,一组在早餐后锻炼,另外一组作为对照组不改变原有生活节奏。他们的早餐内容一样,锻炼内容也一样,均为骑自行车60分钟。

结果显示,早餐前锻炼的人与早餐后锻炼的人相比,能够消耗多一倍的脂肪,这主要是因为早晨未进食就开始锻炼,身体必须快速切换到燃脂模式,加倍工作,才能提供足够热量支持身体的运动。

相关成果已刊登在美国《临床内分泌学与新陈代谢杂志》上。据团队介绍,在短短6周时间内改变锻炼习惯虽然不会在体重减少方面带来太大区别,但仍能对相关人群的健康产生积极效果,因为这可以使身体更好地对胰岛素产生反应,控制血糖水平。

伯明翰大学的加雷思·沃利斯博士说,下一步需要探讨这种锻炼方式的长期效果以及它对女性是否也会产生相同效果。
