这篇研究的目的是通过动力机械分析检测标准牙本质块在60°C和80°C的5%次氯酸钠(NaOCl)溶液内的浸润性对其粘弹性的影响。研究使用18颗完整牙齿制备成99个标准3维(12 × 1 × 2 mm)牙本质块,并随机分为6组(n = 15 each)浸润到不同的溶液中:(1) 26°C生理盐水, (2) 60°C生理盐水, (3) 80°C生理盐水, (4) 26°C NaOCl, (5) 60°C NaOCl和(6) 80°C NaOCl。采用动力机械分析在处理前以及浸润在不同测试溶液后每10分钟分别检测牙本质块,直至40分钟。采用广义评估方程分析溶液、温度、暴露时间和牙本质块长宽比对储能模量和tan delta的影响。结果显示,浸润时间和测试溶液之间存在显著的相互作用(P < .05)。浸润样本的储能模量在60°C或80°C的NaOCl中随着暴露时间的延长而显著降低(P < .0001),但在其他组中的变化较小且并不显著。而样本的tan delta在80°C生理盐水(P < .05), 60°C (P < .05)或80°C (P < .0001) N
