长期放置组患者ICU死亡率高、住ICU天数长、住院天数长、气胸后上机天数长、吸气峰压高、肺气肿外科治疗的比率高。经过多变量回归分析，吸气峰压高和外科治疗肺气肿的比率高是长期放置胸腔引流管的独立预测因子。和无任何危险因素的病人组比较，高吸气峰压和肺气肿外科治疗的病人在28天内移除胸腔引流管的比例明显较低。

结论：高吸气峰压和肺气肿手术治疗是长期放置胸腔引流管的独立预测因子，对病人的临床预后有负面影响。
