　　《癌症研究与临床肿瘤学杂志》（Journal of Cancer Research & Clinical Oncology）近期发表的一项研究表明，乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染与淋巴瘤发病风险升高有关，多发性骨髓瘤（MM）将被归入可能与病毒感染相关的淋巴瘤之列。

　　研究者利用Epilymph研究的数据和血样探索HBV感染血清学指标与霍奇金淋巴瘤、非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）和特殊类型淋巴瘤的相关性。

　　1518例患者和1496例对照者入组。

　　统计分析采用非条件Logistic回归。

　　结果显示，既往HBV感染与MM呈正相关性。

　　既往HBV感染与B细胞慢性淋巴细胞白血病（B-CLL）和T细胞NHL呈非显著的相关性，当前HBV感染与NHL、B-NHL和弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤也呈不显著的相关性。
