阿尔茨海默病患者脑中老年斑的主要成分β淀粉样蛋白及脑缺血再灌注损伤均可导致脑组织神经细胞死亡,并致认知功能受损。

最近有研究表明,脑缺血与阿尔茨海默病在发病机制上联系密切。为此,清华大学生命科学学院宋波博士所在课题组进行了一项关于“Amyloid beta-peptide worsens cognitive impairment following cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury”的研究,发现脑室注射β淀粉样蛋白结合脑缺血再灌注能加重大鼠学习记忆的损伤和神经细胞的死亡。β淀粉样蛋白与脑缺血再灌注具有协同损伤作用,二者通过影响糖原合酶激酶3β和蛋白磷酸酶2A的活性而导致tau蛋白的磷酸化水平升高,从而加剧了神经细胞损伤。【原文下载】
