在AU Beckman Coulter仪器上测定直接胆红素（D-Bil）可能被异常蛋白质所干扰，这可能导致错误的D-Bil结果。在以前的工作中，我们利用这一事实来检测此项干扰从而有助于识别未知的单克隆丙种球蛋白病患者。近日，国际杂志 《Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine》在线发表一项关于评估通过检查光度反应数据检测直接胆红素测定中的异常蛋白干扰的研究。在这项工作中，研究人员调查了在不考虑D-Bil结果的情况下，基于光度反应的检查来检测干扰的可能性。 研究人员在2164个样品中进行D-Bil测定。它包括一组164个带有异常蛋白的样品（其中67个引起干扰），以及也可以引起高吸光度背景读数（即溶血，脂质或黄疸样品）的不同组样品。同时对对光度反应数据进行审核，并使用接收器操作特性（ROC）曲线建立最佳鉴别干扰的吸光度临界值。对于空白比色皿中互补波长的第一光度点的吸光度，最佳临界值为0.0100。在6个月的时间内，研究人员检测到44个含有蛋白的样品，其中5个属于非诊断单克隆丙​​种球蛋白病患者。 研究表明，对光度反应数据的回顾审查能够系统检测D-
