波士顿咨询公司(BCG)发布的最新报告指出，在市场需求带动和相关政策的鼓励下，近年来中国医疗技术行业备受投资者青睐，并购投资规模持续上升。2013-2015年期间中国医疗技术行业并购交易数量和金额都增长了近2倍，高值耗材和体外诊断成为并购投资的焦点。

报告指出，2015年中国医疗科技并购交易的单笔交易规模中值从2013年的1800万美元左右增长到5800万美元，并购交易总额从15亿美元增长到40亿美元。

报告揭示了中国医疗技术行业并购投资的三大特点。首先，高值耗材与体外诊断子行业为国内并购投资焦点。2013-2015年前五大交易中有三个均属于高值耗材子行业。体外诊断子行业在最近两年内占据并购数量第二的地位。其次，PE/VC和跨界收购增多。PE/VC占据了医疗技术行业并购投资交易数量的30%-40%。过去三年交易金额排名前15大之中，有5宗交易来自于制药企业或其他行业的跨界收购，交易目标都是为了实现公司的战略转型。第三，中国医疗技术行业标的估值较高。造成高估值的原因主要是医疗技术市场热度持续上升，本土企业优质标的有限，且中国企业的增长和盈利前景相对较好。
