2015-2016年期间,研究人员对来自于西班牙血液学外部质量评估计划(EQAS)585个实验室和2628个分析仪的共计389,000个结果进行分析。对包括白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血细胞比容、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白、平均红细胞血红蛋白、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、血小板、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、网状细胞、血红蛋白A2、抗凝血酶、因子VIII、蛋白Cvon Willebrand因子参数进行评估。计算各参数评价的各浓度的ME的第90百分位数。

研究发现白细胞、血小板、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、凝血酶原时间、网状细胞、血红蛋白A2、抗凝血酶和蛋白质c的分析性能存在显著差异。研究结果表明实施浓度相关规范的重要性,可以帮助实验室使用适当的标准进行质量规范选择和更好的外部质量控制结果。
