JCEM:补充维生素D3对身体成分的影响

每日补充维生素D3与安慰剂相比并没有改善体重或身体成分。补充维生素D3对BMI正常的个体是否有好处值得进一步研究。

虽然观察性研究显示维生素D状态与体重/肥胖呈负相关,但很少有大型随机对照试验(RCT)调查这一关系。近日,内分泌和代谢性疾病领域权威杂志Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism上发表了一篇研究文章,该研究旨在明确补充维生素D3是否能降低体重或改善身体成分。

维生素D和OmegA-3试验(VITAL)是一项双盲、安慰剂对照的随机对照试验,纳入了25871名美国成年人。这项辅助研究是在一个子队列中完成的,该子队列在基线和2年随访中进行了身体成分评估。参与者为771名参与者(男性≥50岁,女性≥55岁)。该研究为2×2因子设计:添加维生素D3 (2000 IU/天)和/或omega-3脂肪酸(1 g/天)。该研究的主要结局指标通过双能x线骨密度仪测定的2年内体重、体重指数(BMI)、腰围和总和/或区域脂肪和瘦组织测量值的变化。研究人员通过临床变量和总和游离25-羟基维生素D (25[OH]D)水平对效果的影响进行了探讨。

与安慰剂相比,补充维生素D3对体重、BMI或肥胖和瘦组织指标没有影响。效果不因性别、种族、脂肪质量指数或基线总或游离25(OH)D水平而变化。补充维生素D3对基线BMI正常的参与者的体脂率有轻微改善,但对超重或肥胖参与者没有改善(交互作用P=0.04)。
