China-PAR模型:中国居民心血管病风险评估科学工具

中国科学院院士、中国医学科学院阜外医院副院长顾东风教授团队针对国人的China-PAR 10年风险预测模型基础上,进一步开发了适合于我国年轻个体(60岁以下)或者10年动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)风险为中低危个体的终生风险(至85岁)预测模型。该模型通过输入个体的年龄、收缩压、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、糖尿病等指标,综合评估个体ASCVD的终生发病风险。 10年内发生动脉粥样硬化性

心血管疾病预防的目标是减少心血管疾病的发生或死亡。如果能够在中青年时就提早知道我们每个人一生中罹患冠心病、脑卒中等心血管疾病的风险,就可以及早提示人们提高警惕、重视生活方式的改善,采取预防措施,将心血管疾病的发病风险降到最低。2016年,顾东风带领团队开发了针对国人的China-PAR 10年风险预测模型,以评估10年内发生ASCVD的风险。同时,基于终生风险评估在10年风险中低危人群中的重要性,研究人员利用总样本量超过12万人的四项前瞻性队列随访数据,进一步开发了论文发表的China-PAR终生风险预测模型。

顾东风表示,China-PAR终生风险预测模型是10年风险预测模型的重要发展,能让中青年人或“10年风险评估”为中低危的对象,从人生“全生命周期”的整个视角,使自己以后不同年龄时发生心脑血管病的风险“看得见,读得懂”,提高对多种危险因素的危害程度的认识,增强改善生活方式及药物治疗的依从性,从而促进其人生旅程的早期预防。

美国布朗大学教授Simin Liu评价,终生风险评估将有助于增强公众对长期风险危害的认识,进而对非理想水平的危险因素进行早期干预。“拥有短期(10年)和长期(终生)风险评估工具对于中国开展心血管疾病的预防具有重要的实用价值,其广泛应用将有助于减轻中国心血管疾病负担,进而为全球心血管疾病的防控做出贡献。”他说。
