这篇研究的目的是为了评估法兰热处理对M-Wire Reciproc锉(VDW， Munich， Germany)抗扭转阻力的影响。

研究使用10根M-Wire Reciproc R25 (25/0.08v)和10根Reciproc Blue R25 (25/0.08v， VDW)锉。按照ISO 3630-1的标准，检测新器械(n = 10)折断时的转矩和旋转角。每根器械尖端3毫米通过连接在扭转轴上的杠杆臂固定在一个小的测压仪上。所有折断部分的表面均通过扫描电镜观察。数据通过Student t检验进行统计学评估，显著性水平设置为P < .05。

结果显示，M-Wire Reciproc器械的最大扭转强度要明显高于Reciproc Blue (P < .05)。而Reciproc Blue折断时的旋转角要明显高于M-Wire Reciproc器械(P < .05)。折断表面的扫描电镜观察显示，2种器械扭转失效的典型特征相似，包括旋转中心的轴心擦痕和纤维凹痕标记。

结论：Reciproc Blue器械折断时展现出比M-Wire Reciproc更高的旋转角，但较低的转矩。
