CuInS/ZnS量子点诊疗纳米药物的肿瘤治疗及其可视化体内分布

近日,天津大学常津教授和国家纳米科学中心梁兴杰研究员的研究团队,首次发现了CuInS/ZnS(ZCIS)量子点可同时具有近红外荧光/光声成像,以及光热/光动力治疗功能(图1)。研究发现,ZCIS量子点不仅在600~750nm光谱波段具有显著的吸收效应,而且在730 nm处具有较强的荧光发射,使其可同时具有优良的光声和荧光成像能力。另一方面,在单一激光(660 nm)照射下,ZCIS量子点不仅表现出良好的光热转化能力,而且能够诱导产生单线态氧,实现对肿瘤的光热/光动力协同治疗。此外,ZCIS量子点制备方便、不涉及有毒元素、晶体结构完善,能够保证材料的稳定性和安全性。由此可见,ZCIS量子点内在的成像和治疗功能使其本身成为一种优异的“多功能合一”的诊疗纳米药物。

ZCIS量子点还可作为诊疗纳米药物模型,应用于活体肿瘤内的可视化分布行为研究(图2)。结果显示,较小粒径的ZCIS量子点具有更强的肿瘤渗透性、更高的肿瘤摄取量和更长的滞留时间。这表明诊疗纳米药物在实体瘤的积累和渗透行为具有尺寸依赖性。
