口服二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)+阿司匹林治疗已被证明可以减少未治疗的慢性牙周病患者探诊深度和龈沟液(GCF)中的局部炎症介质。然而, DHA +阿司匹林治疗是否影响特定的细菌附着是未知的。因此,本研究的目的是评估DHA与低剂量阿司匹林治疗对牙周炎患者牙周细菌特征的影响。

实验纳入五十五名患有中重度牙周炎的成年人,3个月随机双盲实验,分为试验组和对照组,每日服用2g DHA加81mg阿司匹林或安慰剂胶囊。 46名参与者完成了实验。除了临床测量和GCF取样外,还从所有参与者的四个后部位点收集龈下菌斑样本,并通过棋盘DNA-DNA杂交技术进行分析。将初始和3个月时存在的40个牙周细菌物种进行半定量估计。

结果:尽管临床参数有广泛的改善,但两组之间初始和3个月后菌斑中总细菌和个体物种数量没有明显差异(P> 0.1)。 DHA +阿司匹林对牙龈卟啉单胞菌计数的作用与DHA对PD的有效性的14%(95%置信区间:3%至35%)相关。 DHA +阿司匹林对未调整模型或调整的年龄,性别和种族个体菌斑细菌计数无显着影响(P> 0.1)。
