AFM结果显示，获得的GO片材为单层。拉曼光谱在D和G带处显示出两个突出的峰，并且还原后I（D）/ I（G）比从0.96增加到1.68。XPS证明了GO-Ti的氧化官能团的存在以及rGO-Ti的强度降低。从SEM，GO和rGO均匀涂覆在纳米结构上。DEX-GO-Ti吸收了大量的DEX并以持续的方式释放。 CCK-8结果显示DEX-GO-Ti在促进细胞增殖方面表现出优异的性能。DEX-GO-Ti上的RMBSCs表现出与成骨分化相关的钙，蛋白质和mRNA的高度表达。

该研究通过简单的自组装方法在钛箔表面上涂覆GO涂覆的钛酸盐纳米结构，显示出优异的DEX振动。该构建体促进rBMSCs的增殖和加速成骨分化，并且对于它们的进一步应用将是繁荣的。
