为了鉴定具有增强治疗功效的特定间充质基质细胞（MSC）群体，我们评估了人骨髓衍生的MSCs（CD200/MSCs）中与人免疫调节功能和成骨分化相关的CD200稳定表达的功能改变。

结果显示，与模拟转染的MSCs相比，CD200/MSC中的成骨和软骨形成更为明显。另外，CD200基因转染增强混合淋巴细胞反应中MSCs的免疫调节功能。在CD200/MSC中，炎性细胞因子即IL-6和IL-8的分泌减少，抗炎因子IL-10、FOXP3和吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶1的水平升高。最后，CD200转染增加了MSCs的干细胞性，集落形成单位成纤维细胞测定中的更多集落数目以及NANOG和OCT-4表达的分析证明了此点。

综上所述，该研究结果表明CD200/MSCs具有治疗应用，仍需进一步的深入研究集中于开发临床上适用的基于细胞的治疗策略。
