成骨方面,硼硅酸盐玻璃盘和提取物显著降低了碱性磷酸酶活性,而成骨标记物RUNX2a,OSTERIX,DLX5和OSTEOPONTIN的表达上调。硼硅酸盐玻璃还增加了骨钙蛋白的产生。此外,与成骨培养基对照相比,含有硼硅酸盐提取物的成骨补充剂显著增加了矿物质产量。有趣的是,硼硅酸盐玻璃刺激了内皮标志物vWF和PECAM-1的表达。

总之,我们的研究结果表明,尽管减少hASCs的增殖,基于S53P4的硼硅酸盐玻璃及其溶出产物刺激成骨并上调内皮标记物,从而支持其对再生医学的进一步评估。
