专科医师规范化培训是在住院医师培训结束后，个人自愿报名，培训基地择优招录，而非强制培训！今年仅启动了3个专科基地作为试点，据了解，2017年全国计划招收住院医师培训的7万名医师，而专培试点仅计划招收***左右。所以，没有必要大惊小怪!并且从目前公示的专科基地来看，遴选标准非常严格，基本都是国内一流的医院，拥有优秀的带教老师，绝大多数具备专业博士学位授予资格。据了解，参加培训是在自愿的前提下实行选拔机

专科医师规范化培训中的“专科”一词并不是与“全科”相对应的概念，而是和住院医师规范化培训一起构成完整的毕业后教育体系。
