Brit J Cancer:女性性索间质肿瘤和生殖细胞肿瘤的妊娠相关危险因素

最后一次分娩的年龄越大以及自最后一次分娩以来时间越短,SCSTs的风险越低。女人的生殖史可能会影响SCST(而非GCT)的风险。

非上皮性卵巢癌分为性索间质肿瘤(SCST)和生殖细胞肿瘤(GCT)。尽管分娩次数和其他与妊娠相关的因素是上皮性卵巢癌的保护性因素,但它们与SCST和GCT之间的关联仍不清楚。

近日,肿瘤领域权威杂志British Journal of Cancer上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员利用丹麦、芬兰、挪威和瑞典的医疗出生登记处的数据,比较了1970-2013年期间诊断为SCST(n=420)或GCT(n=345)的所有妇女以及最多10名对照者(SCSTs n=4041; GCT n=2942),对照者与病例的出生年份和国家/地区进行了匹配。研究人员使用条件Logistic回归来估计妊娠相关的因素与SCST和GCT之间的关联的比值比(OR)和95%的置信区间(CI)。

随着最后一胎生育年龄的增加,SCSTs(而非GCTs)的风险降低[≥40 vs. <25岁:OR为0.48(95%CI为0.23-0.98)]。自最后一次分娩以来,SCST(而非GCT)的风险也随着时间的缩短而降低。分娩次数、早产、先兆子痫和婴儿大小与SCST或GCT的风险无关。

由此可见,最后一次分娩的年龄越大以及自最后一次分娩以来时间越短,SCSTs的风险越低。女人的生殖史可能会影响SCST(而非GCT)的风险。
