LDL-C水平可以用直接法(LDL-CM)测定，也可以用弗里德瓦尔德公式(LDL-CC)计算。本研究旨在探讨中国冠心病(CHD)患者早餐后LDL-CM与LDL-CC的差异。

本研究共纳入住院患者330例，其中203例为冠心病患者(冠心病组)，100例为非冠心病对照组(CON组)。血清血脂水平的参数，包括LDL-CC和LDL-CM, 0, 2和4 h (h)监控每天早餐后在所有项目。

在每组在禁食状态和在冠心病组餐后4 h，LDL-CM明显高于LDL-CC(P < . 05)。每组餐后LDL-CM和LDL-CC显著减少(P < . 05)。餐后LDL-CM下降明显比LDL-CC (P < . 05)。对冠心病患者在入院前服用他汀类药物1 月以上，非禁食LDL-CM或LDL-CC百分比明显高于空腹值，特别是在4 h (P < . 05)。4h时的LDL-CM的百分比偏差明显不同于其禁食值。然而，禁食和非禁食之间没有显著差异百分比偏差。

本研究结果说明临床对冠心病患者非空腹LDL-C水平的监测可能比较复杂，对其的判断可能不仅取决于获取LDL-C水平的方法，还取决于评价方法。
