这篇研究的目的是为了测试一种全新的具有过氧化物酶样活性的仿生氧化铁纳米粒子(IO-NPs)的牙髓消毒方法，以此来增强根管表面及牙本质小管内的抗菌活性。

这篇研究的目的是为了测试一种全新的具有过氧化物酶样活性的仿生氧化铁纳米粒子(IO-NPs)的牙髓消毒方法，以此来增强根管表面及牙本质小管内的抗菌活性。研究通过生长的粪肠球菌生物膜感染完整拔除的单根牙齿的根管壁及牙本质小管3周。将样本分为6个治疗组：（1）磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS）（阴性对照组），（2）3%过氧化氢(H2O2)（测试对照组），（3）IO-NPs (0.5 mg/mL)（测试对照组），（4）IO-NPs (0.5 mg/mL) + 3% H2O2，（5）3%次氯酸钠（阳性对照组），（6）2%氯已定（阳性对照组）。通过环境扫描电子显微镜配合能量光谱分析确定每种治疗后IO-NPs与根管表面的结合。通过荧光染色标记样本中细胞的活/死。通过共聚焦激光扫描显微镜检测相对于阴性对照组（PBS）的死亡细胞数量。结果显示，体外模型中的菌斑生物膜形成以及牙本质小管感染均已成功。IO-NPs能够与感染的根管表面相结合，即使是在一个单一、短期（5分钟）的治疗后。与其他试验组相比，有IO-NPs 活性的H2O2可以显著杀灭更多的根管表面以及不同深度牙本质小管内的粪肠球菌(P < .05-.000
