Dent Mater J：即刻牙本质封闭和临时修复对CAD/CAM陶瓷冠修复粘接性能的影响

这篇研究的目的是为了评估应用于临床的即刻牙本质封闭(IDS)和临时修复(TR)对需与计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制作(CAD/CAM)陶瓷冠修复体粘接的预备后基台施加循环负荷后的影响。研究在60颗人下颌前磨牙上预备标准基台。半数样本的牙本质表面使用粘接剂和流动树脂封闭，另一半样本未施加封闭。封闭和未封闭样本的各一半使用临时水门汀及临时冠修复。每个陶瓷冠均单独制作并粘接至对应的基台。随后，修复过的样本进行循环负荷，检测其微拉伸粘接强度(μ-TBS)。结果显示，IDS有助于增加粘接强度，而TR并不影响粘接强度。对于防止分离的修复以及粘接耐久性来说，IDS修复且未进行TR能够产生最大的粘接可靠度以获得有效的μ-TBS值。原始出处：Hayashi K， Maeno M， et al.
