结果显 示 ，在 已 死 亡 的 100 例 DTC 患 者 中 ， 4.2%(22 例)死于心血管疾病，对照组85 例死亡中，1.5%(24 例)死于心血管 疾病;DTC患者发生心血管疾病和其他 原因死亡的风险增加(HR 分别为 3.35 和 4.40);TSH 水平可预测 DTC 患者心 血管死亡率(HR为3.08)。 该研究在线发表于10月7日《临床肿瘤学杂志》(J Clin Oncol)。
