根管封闭剂与根管壁之间的空隙是细菌生长和迁移途径潜在的温床。这篇研究的目的是为了评估硅酸钙类封闭剂的表里空隙,并确定存留于模拟体液对空隙长期的影响。研究选取16颗单根牙齿,采用gutta-percha和以下4种根管封闭剂之一进行充填:BioRoot RCS, EndoSequence BC, MTA Fillapex或AH Plus。封闭根管存储于Hank's平衡盐溶液中,分别在7天和6个月后采用micro-CT在均质分辨率为9.9 μm的条件下扫描观察。计算根管冠1/3、中1/3和根尖1/3的总、开放和闭合空隙数量。数据采用general linear model和paired t检验进行统计学评估(α = 0.05)。结果显示,所有组中,开放空隙的比例均明显高于闭合空隙的数量。最初,MTA Fillapex的开放空隙和总空隙数显著高于AH Plus。6个月后,BioRoot RCS和MTA Fillapex的开放空隙和总空隙比例增加,而AH Plus和EndoSequence BC降低。在最初和存储后,所有封闭剂在冠1/3区域的总空隙率明显高于中1/3和根尖1/3,而后两者无明显差
