UNC-5 netrin受体B（UNC5B）是netrin-1的依赖性受体，在介导血管生成和肿瘤发生中起重要作用。尽管UNC5B具有如此重要的作用，但目前对UNC5B在骨生成中所起的作用仍知之甚少。在本研究中，我们首先证明了UNC5B是人体脂肪干细胞（hASCs）在体外和体内成骨分化所必需的。此外，我们还发现，在机制上UNC5B通过激活骨形态发生蛋白信号来促进成骨分化。 总之，这些发现提示了UNC
