从美学的角度讲，拔牙后的生理和结构性改变均会危及颌骨前面部骨壁维度的完整性。随着时间的推移，有效的再生方法对于重建和维持软硬组织的维度将起到关键作用。这篇预期的系列病例研究是对20名单颗牙拔除的患者采用早期的拔牙创植入配合2层复合移植术扩展引导性骨再生轮廓的方法，观察和评估其10年的疗效。

从美学的角度讲，拔牙后的生理和结构性改变均会危及颌骨前面部骨壁维度的完整性。随着时间的推移，有效的再生方法对于重建和维持软硬组织的维度将起到关键作用。这篇预期的系列病例研究是对20名单颗牙拔除的患者采用早期的拔牙创植入配合2层复合移植术扩展引导性骨再生轮廓的方法，观察和评估其10年的疗效。检查发现，在术后1-10年之间植入周围的平均骨缺失为0.35 mm。手术成功率高达95%，并且美学效果令人满意，同时获得了较高的平均红色美学评分(8)。对植入牙冠(ICs)的观察发现，在术后10年和1年IC (0.17 mm)间存在较为明显的中央面部塌陷差异。通过CBCT在术前、术后6和10年扫描观察面部骨壁维度变化。结果发现，平均面部骨壁的厚度从术前的0 mm显著增加至术后10年的1.67 mm。面部垂直骨壁的峰值(DIC)从冠状面平均距离的0.16 mm移动至植入体肩部。面部DIC的垂直骨缺失在术后6和10年间总计为0.02 mm。每年在2个相应时间节点之间进行的差异> 0.2 mm假设的等效性试验均显示出稳定的骨骼状况。术后10年影响疗效的调控因素为术前近中牙槽嵴的宽度和软组织的厚度。总结
