美国一项研究表明，与髋关节成形术相比，膝关节成形术后侵袭性手术部位感染(SSI)诊断存在延迟现象。论文12月11日在线发表于《临床感染性疾病》(Clin Infect Dis)杂志。

研究者共确认661例关节置换术后侵袭性SSI，并对髋关节和膝关节成形术后至诊断为侵袭性SSI时间进行了比较。对年龄、病原体毒力、美国麻醉医师学会评分和医院手术量进行校正之后，利用Cox回归模型评估手术类型与至SSI诊断时间的相关性。

结果为，401例(61%)SSI发生在膝关节成形术之后。髋关节和膝关节成形术后至SSI诊断中位时间分别为25和42天(未校正HR为1.60，P<0.001)。对年龄、致病菌毒力和医院手术量进行校正之后，髋关节成形术后至SSI诊断时间仍显著短于膝关节术后(HR为1.51，P<0.001)。症状表现差异和治疗实施不同可能为造成差异原因。
