结果显示,OB和OB + PBMC组之间未发现明显差异。因此,通过逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)定量评估定量研究,即碱性磷酸酶(ALP),抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)活性和基因表达,仅评估PCL / CaP支架。用OB + PBMC培养,而用OB或PBMC培养的PCL / CaP支架充当对照。

尽管该研究显示在成骨分化和ECM矿化方面没有差异,但初步定性结果表明在用OB或OB + PBMC培养的支架之间细胞/非矿化ECM密度的明显差异值得进一步研究。

总的来说,本研究中提出的未受刺激,无生长因子的共培养(OB + PBMC)系统可有利于在体内验证之前预先筛选支架的体外骨再生潜力。
