先兆子痫是以妊娠高血压和蛋白尿为特征的严重妊娠期疾病。miR-210在先兆子痫患者的胎盘中显著过表达。通过电穿孔将hsa-miR-210-3p寡核苷酸转染孕早期人类滋养层细胞系Swan71细胞。使用芯片技术分析改变的转录组。将差异表达基因（DEGs）聚成基因本体注释生物学过程。通过核糖核蛋白免疫沉淀评估miR-210和IGFBP3mRNA之间物理相互作用的程度。微阵列分析显示，Swan 71细胞中

微阵列分析显示，Swan 71细胞中miR-210的水平升高了408DEGs。这些基因在涉及先兆子痫发病机理的几个生物过程。IGFBP3是一种与先兆子痫病理生理相关的基因，被确认为miR-210的靶基因。

我们已经证明，人类滋养层中miR-210水平升高改变了已知先兆子痫相关基因的表达谱，并成为先兆子痫进展所必需的多种生物学过程的基因靶点。
