EUROCMR:空气污染可损害心脏结构和功能

Aung指出,这是细微颗粒物与心肌梗死心衰和死亡风险增加相关的有力证据。他表示,其中的机制主要是炎症反应,吸入细微颗粒首先会导致肺脏的局部炎症,然后会引发全身的炎症。

研究人员发现,细微颗粒暴露量与心功能之间为线性关系:前者每升高5 g/m3,左心室舒张末期和收缩末期容积分别增加4.2%和8.1%,而左心室射血分数降低1.6%。

该研究还显示,教育程度较高者接触高浓度细微颗粒的可能性低一些。Aung表示,教育程度较高的人可能居所和工作环境较好,而且更关注自己的健康,生活习惯相对健康一些,也更容易获得医疗服务。

该研究一共纳入4255例人,他们的细微颗粒污染物暴露量平均为10 g/m3。细微颗粒污染物的暴露情况根据受试者自己的描述进行评估。
