重磅：咖啡饮用与肥胖、代谢综合征和2型糖尿病无关

许多人都喜爱咖啡，并且会时常饮用。而关于咖啡对身体健康的影响方面的研究结论却褒贬不一。近期，来自丹麦哥本哈根大学的几位学者首次以基因层面的角度对咖啡与健康的关系进行了研究，并在世界著名杂志International Journal of Epidemiology公布了他们的研究成果：咖啡对生活方式相关的疾病如肥胖、糖尿病等均无影响——既不能增加，亦不能降低患该病的风险。

此项研究依托丹麦哥本哈根总人口研究（Copenhagen General Population Study），基于93,000位丹麦民众的DNA的信息对饮用咖啡和生活方式相关疾病的关联程度进行分析。本研究的作者之一，Ask Tybjaeg Nordestgaard表示：“我们是全世界范围内最早开展长期饮用咖啡的相关基因之间的关系的研究组。而我们的结果发现这些基因与其他的生活方式相关因素完全独立，因此我们可以推断饮用咖啡这一事件本身是与各种生活方式相关疾病无关的。”

基因决定了我们对咖啡的嗜好程度

这些研究人员设计了一项独特的试验，对一系列基因进行了深入研究，探讨它们对我们对咖啡的渴望程度是否产生影响。也就是说，如果你拥有特殊的”咖啡基因”，那么你就很有可能比别人喝掉更多的咖啡。从这里研究人员进行了衍伸，观察了大量饮用咖啡是否会增加或减少一些慢性疾病的发病风险。

本文的通讯作者，哥本哈根大学健康医学研究院的临床教授Boerge Nordestgaard总结道：”我们惊讶地发现，咖啡基因对2型糖尿病、肥胖等并无风险相关，这也提示了饮用咖啡并不会对以上疾病产生推动或者保护作用。“
