Curr Biol:多巴胺影响着我们的生物钟 科学家确定控制大脑生物钟的神经元

美国弗吉尼亚大学的一项研究发现在大脑中可以产生多巴胺的神经元可以直接控制大脑节律中心,也称作生物钟。生物钟与饮食节律、代谢、苏醒-休息节律有关,同时也是影响能身体倒时差和倒夜班能力的关键因素。研究结果发表在《当代生物学》(Current Biology)上。

美国弗吉尼亚大学的一项研究发现在大脑中可以产生多巴胺的神经元可以直接控制大脑节律中心,也称作生物钟。生物钟与饮食节律、代谢、苏醒-休息节律有关,同时也是影响能身体倒时差和倒夜班能力的关键因素。研究结果发表在《当代生物学》(Current Biology)上。

弗吉尼亚大学教授Ali Deniz Güler说:“这个发现可以找到与节律中心相关的神经元,并有可能来研制针对这些神经元的药物,进一步对由倒时差或者倒班带来的不良情绪或者更严重症状进行干预。”

现代人身体承受着太多的压力,例如要根据航班随时更改工作计划、不按照自然规律休息、不按时吃饭等。这些外界条件导致身体自然节律失衡,身体不能再也分不清白天和黑夜。长此以往可以导致抑郁、肥胖、心血管疾病甚至是癌症。

科学家几十年来致力于帮助身体生物钟适应现代生活的多样化工作、饮食与多时区飞行。找到产生多巴胺神经元与节律中心的关系可以帮助我们进行针对性的治疗,可以缓解倒时差与倒夜班工作者的症状并很有可能帮助失眠症患者。睡眠障碍和生物节律失常因多巴胺分泌失常可影响大脑和其他器官并可恶化帕金森综合征、抑郁症、躁郁症、多动症等病程。

科学家在他们的研究中使用两种小鼠-正常组与多巴胺信号异常组。通过让两组动物每六小时进行昼夜转换(模拟倒时差),发现多巴胺信号异常组动物花费更长的时间适应六小时昼夜转换。也就暗示了产多巴胺神经元与节律中心存在联系。这也表明当我们参加像吃这种有益活动,也就不自觉的影响这我们的生物节律。Güler说道:“我们可能找到了愉悦事情是与节律系统如何相互影响的线索。”
