这篇研究的目的是为了评估几种不同的玻璃离子粘固剂在体外全自动生物被膜模型中抑制继发龋的作用效果。

研究选取124颗拔除的第三磨牙，预备成V类洞形，分别以1种常规玻璃离子粘固剂(Ketac Molar/KM)和2种树脂改良过的玻璃离子粘固剂(Photac Fil/PF， Ketac N100/KN， 3M Espe)进行充填。粘接复合树脂(Single Bond Plus/Filtek Supreme XTE)作为对照。在37 °C水浴浸泡14天后，样本进行热循环处理(10，000 × 5/55 °C)。10天后，样本置于致龋环境中每天3/4/6个小时。随后，用含有变异链球菌(DSM 20523)的人工唾液彻底漂洗样本使其脱矿。在生物负载后，纵向劈开牙齿，通过荧光显微镜观察检测牙齿边缘以及距离边缘0.5 mm处的脱矿深度。并通过SEM在放大倍数×200时观察牙齿边缘结构特质变化。

结果显示，各组4小时的脱矿深度(μm ± SD)在釉质边缘(EM)， 釉质(E)， 牙本质边缘(DM)， 和牙本质(D)处分别为： KM： EM 12 ± 8， E 33 ± 7， DM 56 ± 11， D 79 ± 6； PF： EM 19 ± 13， E 34 ± 13， DM 53 ± 10， D 77 ± 12； 和KN： EM 26 ± 5， E 38 ± 6， DM 57 ± 11， D 71 ± 7。对于所有玻璃离子粘固剂(GICs)来说，在牙齿边缘处的脱矿深度均明显小于距离边缘0.5 mm处，并且脱矿的深度与暴露在致龋环境下的持续时间有关 (方差分析 [mod. LSD， p < 0.05])。与粘接复合树脂相比，所有GICs在釉质和本质的修复体边缘处均表现出抑龋效果。

结论：在体外，释放氟化物的GIC材料展现出对继发龋的抑制作用。

临床意义：玻璃离子粘固剂对继发龋的抑制效果要优于复合树脂。
