最近,来自卡罗林斯卡学院的研究人员对100名新生儿进行了纵向分析,在他们出生后的前3个月内进行了4次抽样。从100μL血液中,研究人员通过质谱流式细胞技术分析了58种免疫细胞群的发育,并通过免疫分析法分析了267种血浆蛋白质的发育,揭示了脐带血测量无法预测的严重变化,但是遵循了传统模式。

早产儿和足月儿在出生时有所不同,但会聚合到共同的轨迹上。这似乎是由微生物相互作用驱动,并受到早期肠道细菌生态失调的阻碍。
