NeoMTA Plus (Avalon Biomed Inc， Bradenton， FL)是一种硅酸三钙材料，类似于MTA产品- ProRoot MTA (Dentsply Sirona， York， PA)，但它具有一定的改良，如：减少了固化时间、增加了离子释放、增加了吸水性和不染色的阻射物质。Quick-Set2 (Avalon Biomed Inc)是一种全新的硅酸铝钙材料，它具有更快的固化时间、耐酸性和不染色。这篇研究的目的是为了评估和比较狗在实施牙髓切断术和根尖外科手术时使用NeoMTA Plus和Quick-Set2后的牙髓及根尖周愈合情况。

研究对6只比格犬的36颗牙齿（每个手术36颗）分别使用NeoMTA Plus或Quick-Set2实施牙髓切断术或根尖外科手术。实验动物在90天后处死，切取牙齿及其周围组织以进行组织学评估。60颗牙齿进行评估并实施组织学评分（29颗牙髓切断术，31颗根尖外科手术）。样本对炎症、牙本质桥的厚度和质量、牙髓组织的反应、牙骨质和牙周韧带的形成和尖周骨愈合进行评分。

结果显示，2种材料在术后90天均展现出良好的愈合效果。仅在牙髓切断术中使用NeoMTA Plus 和Quick-Set2之间形成的牙本质桥的质量存在显著性差异。

结论：Quick-Set2和NeoMTA Plus对于狗的炎症、牙髓反应、牙周韧带和牙骨质形成和根尖组织愈合具有相似的作用。NeoMTA作用下所形成的牙本质桥质量要优于Quick-Set2。
