第2号 为了适应经济社会和卫生计生事业发展，维护法制统一，推进依法行政，经2O12午3月19日原卫生部部务会议和2013年7月30日国家卫生计生委委主任会议讨论通过，决定废止《妇幼卫生工作条例》等7件部门规章(见附件)。 本决定自发布之日起施行。 附件：国家卫生计生委决定废止的部门规章目录（7件）   主任 李斌 2013年9月6日     附件
