这篇研究的目的是为了评估光动力疗法(PDT)对使用常规树脂水门汀(Relyx ARC; 3M ESPE, St Paul, MN)或自粘接系统(Relyx U200, 3M ESPE)粘接玻璃纤维桩时的粘接强度和牙本质渗透性的影响。

这篇研究的目的是为了评估光动力疗法(PDT)对使用常规树脂水门汀(Relyx ARC； 3M ESPE， St Paul， MN)或自粘接系统(Relyx U200， 3M ESPE)粘接玻璃纤维桩时的粘接强度和牙本质渗透性的影响。研究对40颗人的犬根实施牙髓治疗并为应用纤维桩做准备。牙根按照粘接方案及PDT的使用分为4组：常规水门汀(CC)， Relyx ARC； 自粘接水门汀(SAC)， Relyx U200； PDT/CC， PDT + Relyx ARC和PDT/SAC， PDT + Relyx U200。纤维桩粘接后，牙根横向切开，以此获得修复区域牙根的颈、中和尖1/3样本。随后，样本进行推出试验，并通过激光共聚焦观察评估不同粘固方案的牙本质渗透性。结果显示，PDT/CC在根颈部表现出对牙本质最低的粘接强度(P < .05)。在根中和根尖1/3，所有组均表现出相似的粘接强度(P > .05)。另外，PDT/CC在根颈及根尖1/3处表现出粘接系统最低的牙本质渗透性(P < .05)。结论：在使用Relyx ARC粘接后的颈1/3处以及在使用酸蚀-冲洗粘接系统后
