强烈谴责暴力伤医事件

呼吁司法机关依法严惩


惊闻6月27日、29日分别于上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院妇产科、新华医院崇明分院急诊科及新华医院普外科病区发生了3起暴力伤医事件，上海市医师协会强烈谴责针对医护人员的暴力行为！对受伤的医护人员表示深切的慰问！


在此，我们声明：


第一、医护人员承担着治病救人的使命，是生命的守护神，尊重医护人员就是尊重生命！


第二、司法机关依法严惩凶手，对暴力伤医、严重破坏医疗秩序的事件“零容忍”！


第三、还医护人员良好执业环境，维护医务人员的合法权益！　　


第四、同时我们要相信法律是公正的，要通过法律途径维护自身的合法权益！


上海市医师协会强烈谴责任何针对医护人员的暴力行为!


我们再次呼吁：建立和谐医患关系是全社会的共同责任，我们对医疗暴力零容忍!

事件回顾：

6月27日，上海瑞金医院一名妇产科女医生在查房时因拒绝患者违规延长病假要求，遭到对方掌掴。警方已对打人者作出行政拘留五日决定。


几小时后，上海儿童医学中心医院也发生一起医患矛盾，一名外科医生在吃完午饭返回门诊时，遭到患者家属推打。之后，寻衅家属诚恳道歉获得。


此后，上海新华医院崇明分院急诊科及新华医院普外科病区又相继发生暴力伤医事件。



就在上海医师协会发表反对暴力伤医声明的今天早上，在新华医院又发生了一起医患矛盾：一名患者家属因出院问题与护士发生争执，随后将护士台上铭牌掷出，导致一名戴姓护士受伤。目前，伤人者正在接受公安部门调查。
