Orthop J Sports Med：维生素C补充剂对肌肉骨骼损伤后胶原合成和氧化应激的影响

最初搜索了286篇文章，最终分析中包括10篇文章。在评估骨折愈合的临床前研究中，2项研究报道显示，与对照组相比，维生素C补充组的骨愈合明显加快。评估肌腱愈合的2项临床前研究报告显示，与对照组相比，I型胶原纤维和维生素C形成的瘢痕组织显著增加。前交叉韧带（ACL）重建后的1项临床前研究报告显示，与对照组相比，维生素C组ACL移植物掺入明显改善短期（1-6周）；然而，没有长期（42周）的差异。在评估骨折愈合的临床研究中，1项研究报告在50天时骨折愈合率或1年时功能结果无明显差异。通过在动物模型中通过氧化还原调节中和活性氧物质，维生素C补充剂显示出氧化应激参数降低。没有动物或人类研究报告补充维生素C的任何不良影响。

综上所述，临床前研究表明，维生素C可加速骨折后骨愈合，增加I型胶原合成，减少氧化应激的潜力。在动物模型或人类参与者中，维生素C补充剂均未报告有不良反应，因此，与对照组相比，口服维生素C似乎是一种安全的补充剂，但缺乏临床证据。由于人体研究数量有限，在实施维生素C作为伤后补充剂之前需要进一步的临床研究。
