研究选择100颗健康的下颌第一和第二磨牙作为试验对象，并将其分为1个对照组和9个实验组(n = 10/group)：对照组为完整牙齿；组1，牙齿采用常规开髓入路(TEC)预备；组2，牙齿采用保守开髓入路(CEC)预备；组3，牙齿采用微创牙髓入路(TREC)预备；组4，TEC+剩余3壁；组5，CEC+剩余3壁；组6，TREC+剩余3壁；组7，TEC+剩余2壁；组8，CEC+剩余2壁；组9，TREC+剩余2壁。开髓入路预备后，所有牙齿进行牙髓治疗以及充填。随后使用万能装载机(Triaxial Tester T400 Digital； Controls srl， Cernusco， Italy)对样本施加负荷直至断裂，断裂值记载单位为牛顿。数据通过2-way方差分析和Tukey post hoc检验进行多重比较(P < .05)。

结果显示，完整牙齿的抗折断强度高于其他所有测试组。3种开髓入路预备之间的抗折强度没有显著性差异(P > .05)。剩余牙体壁的数量之间的抗折强度存在明显差异(P < .05)。

结论：TRECs对于牙髓治疗过牙齿的抗折强度并不会强于TEC和CEC。另外，缺少近远中嵴会显著降低牙齿的抗折强度。
