进一步表征以解释垂直排列的GO的膜的增强的抗菌活性。使用磷脂囊泡作为模型系统,我们观察到GO纳米片诱导脂质双分子层的物理破坏。此外,我们发现大量GO诱导的谷胱甘肽氧化与有限的活性氧产生配对,表明氧化通过直接电子转移机制发生。这些物理和化学机制都需要纳米片渗透细胞膜,这表明膜垂直排列的GO膜的增强的抗菌活性来自增加的边缘密度和膜破坏的优先取向。纳米片渗透细胞毒性的重要性对使用GBN的工程表面的设计具有直接影响。
